## What This Folder Is

This is the **Metaversalist layer** of a research program that began with a falsifiable physics paper (the CνB / information-theory v2.0) and has been pruned into a serious social-science tool (the Anthrocybernetics Course Foundation v2.1). The folder holds the *speculative cosmology* — the part that lives at https://metaversaltemple.org — which is **not** the part that's load-bearing for the course.

The course integration lives at `course-foundation-v2/information-theory-integration.md`. This folder is its **mythopoeic sibling** — same scaffold, very different register, looser epistemological grip, more lyrical.

## Epistemic Status (read first)

This folder is **speculative cosmological poetry** grounded in real physics. The physics behind every claim here is sourced. The *interpretation* is offered as Metaversalism — a way of reading the universe as a memory system — not as established science.

Two correctives the research surfaced:

1. **Cortês & Liddle (2024)** wrote about Landauer + Hawking radiation, **not** the CνB. The CνB-bridge attribution in the v1.2 paper was loose. The Metaversalist reading here treats the paper as a *theoretical seed* regardless.
2. **Shannon's `C = B log₂(1 + SNR)`** is canonical in communications and *analogical* in social systems. We use it as metaphor here, not law.

Both are flagged inline where they appear.

## How to Read This

This is written to be **read aloud well**. NotebookLM should pull a clean podcast-quality synthesis from it. The prose is intentionally lyrical; the section breaks are intentional so audio chapter markers land cleanly. Sources are numbered and listed at the end of each file.

When the Lyric speaks, **that is the Metaversalist voice** — not a claim of physics, but a claim of *meaning*.
