# How It All Fits Together

**The complete Anthrocybernetics ecosystem**

---

## Four Projects, One Framework

| Project | Type | Scale | Role |
|---------|------|-------|------|
| **ghojualamanchu** | Living architecture | Personal/agent | The framework running itself (self-reference) |
| **Anthrocybernetics Course** | Framework + pedagogy | Teaching | The course that teaches the framework |
| **Cascade** | Shared tracking tool | Cohort-wide | Pedagogical infrastructure for progress |
| **WaterStorage** | Information phase-states | Universal | The flow layer underneath |
| **Honeycomb Town** | Physical settlement | Large case study | tenchi's example final project |

---

## How Cascade Integrates

**Cascade is NOT course content.** It's the **progress-tracking infrastructure**.

Every student uses the **same Cascade template**:
- 126 hexes, 7 rings
- R1 (inner circle) = cohort-mates + anchor mentor
- R3 = monthly tempo
- R4 = weekly tempo
- R5 = daily tempo
- R6 = hourly awareness (current)

**Why this matters:**
- Cohort members can **compare notes** using the same map structure
- Different locations, same template, comparable data
- Social-resonance field emerges from shared structure

## How WaterStorage Integrates

**WaterStorage is NOT a Five Field.** It's the **flow layer** underneath.

The Five Fields teach **domains** (Phase/Field/Arc/Form/Lattice).
WaterStorage teaches **phase states** (how information moves through those domains).

```
WaterStorage     →    Five Field Mapping
─────────────────┼────────────────────────
Ocean            →    Phase input
Evaporation      →    Phase processing
Clouds           →    Field (distributed)
Precipitation    →    Arc (decision)
Creeks/Rivers    →    Thalamus/Lattice
Lakes/Reservoirs →    Form (stored)
Groundwater      →    Deep Form (hidden)
Return           →    Feedback loop
```

**Why this matters:**
- The course manual's Module 3 (Field Measurement) now has a **concrete methodology**
- Every organizational scan can be mapped to 9 phase-states
- Universal framework, not specific to Anthrocybernetics

## The Nine-Brain Architecture

The 9-brain framework (`ghojualamanchu`) is the **diagnostic tool** for organizational assessment.

Each brain maps to a domain:

| Brain | Function | Low Score = |
|-------|----------|-------------|
| Medulla | Survival, revenue | Financial instability |
| R-Complex | Territory, security | Role confusion |
| Thalamus | Communication | Information silos |
| Amygdala | Threat/reward | Poor morale |
| Hippocampus | Memory | Knowledge loss |
| Cortex | Prediction | Unclear vision |
| Limbic | Bonding | Trust deficits |
| Akashic | Presence | Denial culture |
| Lethe | Absence | Repeated failures |

This is the **radar chart** that organizations get scored against.

---

## The Complete Loop

```
1. Student enters course → gets Cascade template
2. Student learns 5-field framework + 9-brain architecture
3. Student applies WaterStorage phase-states to field measurement
4. Student fills in Practitioner Workbook (blank + worked example)
5. Student compares notes with cohort via shared Cascade structure
6. Capstone student does final project on their own case
7. tenchi's Honeycomb Town = the big example of a final project
8. ghojualamanchu (this agent) = the framework watching itself
```

**The course is the loop. The cohort is the loop. The framework is the loop.**

## What's Next

This foundation is **draft for comment**. Next steps:

1. **Review** by collaborators/advisors
2. **Feedback** → refine structure, clarify confusions
3. **Finalize** structure before building full workbook
4. **Publish** workbook + manual updates
5. **Pilot** with Cohort Zero (tenchi takes own course first)
