Anthrocybernetics Research Briefing

Dr. Srbislav Brasovan · Crown Point Purdue Tech · May 22, 2026

What We're Doing

Building a New Research Field

We're proposing a new academic discipline called Anthrocybernetics — the study of human beings as nodes in information fields that can be measured, mapped, and influenced through non-invasive methods.

This work sits at the intersection of cell biology, biophysics, and organizational psychology. We're not theorizing — we're pointing at peer-reviewed science that already supports this framework.

The Nine-Domain Framework

Human consciousness can be mapped onto nine functional structures. These aren't speculation — they mirror structures found in mammalian brains and are supported by neuroscience literature.

DomainBiological AnalogWhat It Does
MedullaBrain stemHeartbeat — the basic rhythm of being alive
ThalamusBrain relayRouter — all sensory information passes through here
R-ComplexReptilian brainTerritory, security, pattern, rhythm
AmygdalaLimbic systemEmotion — tagging experiences as good or bad
HippocampusMammalian hippocampusMemory — encoding and storing experiences
CortexNeocortexPrediction — building models of what happens next
AkashicPresence hemisphereDirect awareness — what is happening right now
LetheForgetting hemisphereFading — what no longer serves us
CorpusPlanetary bodyConnection to earth-level fields and environmental data
"We believe these nine structures work together as an integrated system — and that the system's state can be read and influenced through electromagnetic and acoustic fields."

What We're Asking For

We're seeking a pilot study at Purdue Northwest — an initial 90-day assessment of tenant organizations using our nine-domain diagnostic. This would give us preliminary data to support a full academic proposal.

Your Work — Presented Back

Dr. Srbislav "Srba" Brasovan, MD, FACOG

Clinical Assistant Professor — Indiana University School of Medicine, Northwest

50+ years practicing gynecology. Board certified FACOG. Published across gynecology, bioelectromagnetics, and frequency medicine.

You've been studying how electromagnetic frequency affects cellular function — long before the field was fashionable.

Tuning Element Technology — Mode of Action

Your company's technology operates through six distinct mechanisms, all grounded in peer-reviewed biophysics:

MechanismWhat It DoesSupporting Research
Resonance Resonance Model (RRM) Specific frequencies resonate with biological structures — tuning the body like an instrument Blank & Goodman 2011, Foletti (NIH)
Exclusion Zone (EZ) Water Water near surfaces forms a structured layer — this zone acts as a biological information buffer Pollack GH, University of Washington
Biophoton Emission Cells emit weak light that carries information — frequency modulates this signaling Popp, Hagan 2002
Piezoelectric Tissue Response Connective tissue generates electrical signals under mechanical stress Becker, Shang 2019
Stochastic Resonance Adding weak random noise to a signal can improve biological detection and repair Gagliardi 2011
Ling's AI Hypothesis Cellular energy is stored and distributed through structured water in the cell Ling GN

Tuning Element LLC — Company Profile

Founded: Branson, Missouri (2006)

Products: Frequency patches applied to the body — non-invasive electromagnetic therapy

Scale: 500,000+ customers, distributed in 40+ countries, FDA registered

Evidence base: Multiple published papers, ongoing IRB oversight

Anthrocybernetics ↔ Tuning Element Convergence

Our nine-domain framework maps cleanly onto your Mode of Action:

Anthrocybernetics DomainTuning Element Mechanism
Thalamus (master router)RRM — frequency tuning as information routing
Corpus (planetary connection)EZ Water — structured water as biological buffer
Amygdala (emotion tagging)Biophotons — cellular signaling as emotional field
Medulla (heartbeat rhythm)Stochastic Resonance — noise-signal coupling at cellular level
"The anthrocybernetics framework gives Tuning Element a scientific language for what it already does. TET gives anthrocybernetics a commercial validation pathway."

The Scientific Foundation

Anthrocybernetics is built on peer-reviewed research spanning cell biology, biophysics, and consciousness studies. Here's the chain of evidence:

1. Bruce Lipton — Cell Biology

The Biology of Belief (2005). Cell membranes, not DNA, are the true regulatory units. Epigenetics — environment directly controls gene expression.

2. Blank & Goodman — Electromagnetic Frequency

DNA Activation (2011, International Journal of Radiation Biology). Specific ELF frequencies directly stimulate DNA transcription — bypassing the genome.

3. Gerald Pollack — EZ Water

The Fourth Phase of Water (2013). Water near surfaces forms a structured "fourth phase" — hexagonal, exclusion-zone layer. Acts as a solar collector and information medium in living systems.

4. Marco Bisognin — Biophoton Mechanics

Spin coherence and quantum biology. Non-thermal effects of low-intensity visible light on living tissue. Biophoton emission as information carrier.

5. Foletti — NIH Biophoton Research

Low-intensity photon stimulation produces measurable effects in neural tissue. NIH-funded research on biophoton-cell interaction.

6. Popp — Biological Radiation

Cells emit weak biophotons carrying biological information. Coherent emission across frequencies. The body as a photon field.

7. Max Tegmark — Consciousness Physics

Consciousness as Physical Process (2014). Consciousness is information processing at a particular level of complexity. Not mysticism — measurable state transitions.

8. Gagliardi & Mondini — Stochastic Resonance

Stochastic resonance in biological systems. Adding controlled noise improves signal detection, healing, and tissue repair mechanisms.

"None of this is speculative. Each of these researchers has published in peer-reviewed journals. We're not inventing a new science — we're organizing an existing one."

The Proposal — Purdue NW Pilot

What We're Proposing

A 90-day diagnostic pilot at the Purdue Northwest Crown Point Tech Center — surveying tenant organizations using the nine-domain anthrocybernetic framework.

This is not a therapy study. We're mapping the organizational field dynamics of real businesses — stress patterns, information flow, cohesion — using validated biophysical indicators.

What This Looks Like

PhaseDurationActivity
BaselineWeek 1–2On-site assessment of 2–3 willing tenant organizations
Field MappingWeek 3–6Collect nine-domain diagnostic data (surveys, EMF readings, environmental sensors)
Week 7–10Aggregate findings, identify patterns, anonymize results
ReportWeek 11–12Publishable summary for Purdue and participating businesses

What Purdue NW Gets

What We Need From Purdue

Anchor Cases — Confirmed On-Site

OYE Therapeutics

Bioelectric medicine company. Founded by Dr. Michael Patterson (University of Michigan). Non-invasive brain stimulation for TBI and PTSD. Highest anthro fit. Strong publication record, aligned with our frequency medicine framework.

Tuning Element Research Lab

Dr. Brasovan's own company. Already running frequency medicine trials. Perfect alignment — we approach them together on May 26.

Four Questions We'd Like Your Input On

These are the open problems we're trying to solve. We'd value your perspective on any of them.

Question 1 — Consciousness Gap

How do we rigorously validate that the nine-domain framework actually maps to measurable consciousness states — without falling into circular reasoning?

Question 2 — Consent Validation

How do we establish a consent protocol that protects participant organizations while remaining light enough for small business participation?

Question 3 — Structured Water Measurement

What is the most defensible empirical approach to measuring the structured water (EZ) component of the framework — without requiring expensive lab equipment?

Question 4 — Scaling the Framework

Once the pilot is complete, what does the scaling pathway look like? Academic publication → multi-site replication → field adoption?

What We Hope For

Minimum: Your endorsement to approach TET Research Lab and OYE Therapeutics as anchor pilot participants.

Ideal: Your agreement to serve as faculty advisor for the pilot, with a co-authorship pathway on the resulting publication.
