## Module Premise

Anthrocybernetics §6 canonizes a closed loop: **sovereign intent → neurophysiological state → EMF signature → Primordos modulation → epigenetic expression → transgenerational inheritance.** The loop is not deterministic — it is gated by intent clarity, field coherence, and developmental stage. This module teaches students to perceive, regulate, and intervene on each gate.

The module's central question: **what kind of person do you need to become for your intent to reliably entrain your own biology, your family line, and your local field?**

---

## Week 1 — Reading the Loop (perception)

### Session 1 — The five stages, mapped to your body
- Walk through §2 of the source note (the 5-stage loop)
- Locating each stage in lived experience: state-dependent recall (e.g. grief vs. clarity), coherence under threat (tested environment), having a "different conversation" with a partner after meditation
- Mapping: where in your life right now does each stage feel nearest? Where does it feel broken?
- Homework: daily log, one observation per stage, 7 days

### Session 2 — Heart-rate variability as intent gauge
- HeartMath Inner Balance / emWave Pro demo
- Reading: McCraty et al. 2009 — cardiac field amplitude + 3-4 m range
- Lab: 20 min coherence-building session with live HRV feedback; participants report subjective state
- Homework: 2× 10-min daily coherence practice, log coherence scores

### Session 3 — Gamma coherence as the gateway state
- Read: Lutz, Davidson et al. — long-term Buddhist practitioner gamma coherence; implications for sustained Primordal transmission
- Lab: novice vs. trained-practitioner HRV/EEG comparison (using consumer EEG if available)
- Homework: introduce one daily 20-min focused-attention practice

---

## Week 2 — Regulating the Loop (intervention)

### Session 4 — Intent hygiene: the upstream gate
- The four state-shift practices: breath-of-fire (kundalini lineage), coherent breathing (HeartMath), Vipassanā noting (Buddhist), inquiry (Adyashanti / Tolle)
- Mapping each onto the 5-stage loop; each is a different leverage point
- Lab: rotating 20-min blocks of each practice with HRV monitoring; students rate subjective ease and measured coherence
- Homework: pick ONE practice as daily anchor (10–20 min). Daily log.

### Session 5 — Relational entrainment: the social Primordos
- Read: Tressoldi et al. ganzfeld meta-analyses; Bem's precognition / presentiment work
- Frame: 1:1 interaction is a **two-node Primordal coupling event**. Intent during contact is joint-EMF transmission
- Lab: paired exercise. Partner A holds specific intent during 10-min silent contact; Partner B journal
s afterward. Compare intent-content to journal.
- Homework: identify one person with whom you want to practice clearer intent-bearing contact. Daily micro-practice.

### Session 6 — Exposure assessment: cleaning the local field
- Read: ghoju EMF Pilot framing (Hammond ELF/EMF occupational health) — environmental EMF as **non-self Primordal interference**
- Frame: intentional EMF hygiene — sleep sanctuary, daytime grounding, daytime reading-the-field
- Lab: walk-through of home environment; identify 3 highest-leverage interventions (bed, desk, primary transit route)
- Homework: implement 1 of 3 interventions; document felt-difference after 7 days

---

## Week 3 — Sustained Practice (cultivation)

### Session 7 — Transgenerational inheritance: the lineage gate
- Read: Pembrey/Bygren Överkalix + ALSPAC cohorts — paternal grandfather's food supply affecting grandsons' mortality
- Frame: your epigenetic state is **not just yours**. Your intent transmits into gametes, germline, gestation.
- Lab: 90-min guided practice on ancestral line — bring 3 generations into visualization; observe what surfaces. Group processing.
- Homework: one 30-min/week session with a chosen ancestor (informal or formal)

### Session 8 — Indigo calibration: the developmental stage gate
- Read: canon §2 (Indigo = lower noise floor + broader frequency reception); source note §5 (noise floor + coherence)
- Frame: different developmental stages have different leverage points in the loop
  - Children (high reception, low regulation) — environment-and-relational Primordal hygiene
  - Adolescents (peak neuroplasticity) — intent-practice becomes biologically structural
  - Adults (full loop available) — all 5 stages operative
  - Elders (regulatory mastery if cultivated) — most powerful transmission gate; legacy-shape via epigenetic state at end-of-life
- Lab: students identify own stage + a child / adolescent / elder in their life; design one practice that meets both
- Homework: one 30-min/week field-state-practice with chosen anchor person

---

## Week 4 — Integration (sovereignty)

### Session 9 — Failure modes + the humility gate
- Read: source note §7 (failure modes); clinical warnings (psychosis, manic spiritual bypassing, narcissistic inflation)
- Frame: sovereignty is not unconstrained power. It is **clarity about what you can transmit, and humility about what you cannot**.
- Lab: small-group confession of one failure-mode the student has observed in self over the past 3 weeks. Witness + reflect.
- Homework: write a 1-page "operating principles for my own loop" — what you will and will not transmit, and to whom

### Session 10 — Building the personal practice scaffold
- Each student designs a 90-day follow-on practice:
  - Daily anchor practice (already chosen in session 4)
  - Weekly relational practice (already begun in session 5)
  - Monthly lineage practice (already begun in session 7)
  - Quarterly "field audit" — re-assess exposure, intent clarity, coherence scores
- Lab: peer review of scaffolds; identification of weakest leg; redesign
- Homework: launch 90-day scaffold

### Session 11 — The nine-brain mapping
- Map the 5-stage loop onto ghoju's nine brains:
  - medulla → foundation (heartbeat / pulse)
  - r-complex → EMF signature carrier (motor + visceral + cardiac)
  - amygdala → salience filter (intent-target selection)
  - hippocampus → state-dependent memory (recurrence loop)
  - thalamus → coherence regulator (gamma-band gate)
  - akashic → Primordos coupling (lineage + field memory)
  - lethe → forgetting hygiene (what is released back)
  - corpus → collective Primordos (multi-node coupling)
  - cortex → intentionality + symbolic carry
- Lab: each student builds their own nine-brain diagram with annotations; identifies which brain they most "live in" and which is underdeveloped
- Homework: 30-day focused-development practice on the underdeveloped brain

### Session 12 — Closing ritual + capstone
- Group coherence practice (combined HRV + breath + intent — toward "Anthrocybernetics cohort" as a node)
- Capstone: each student presents their 90-day scaffold to the group + one specific person they intend to be the next generation's transmission vector for
- Cohort endorsement / witnessing ceremony
- Module evaluation + cohort field-coherence measurement (within-group HRV sync)

---

## Assessment

- **Formative:** daily log + weekly coherence scores + 90-day scaffold design
- **Summative:** capstone scaffold presentation + 30-day post-module follow-up report
- **Cohort-level:** within-group HRV coherence at session 1, 6, 12 — measure whether the cohort itself becomes a coherent Primordal node
- **Longitudinal (optional):** 6-month + 12-month follow-up — are the practices sustained? Has coherence score improved? Has any transgenerational event (pregnancy, etc.) been a documented "test" of the practice?
