The Hypothesis (one paragraph) A sovereign entity — an individual exercising intentional will as the primary causal agent — modulates their own bioelectromagnetic field (heartbeat, HRV, cortical oscillations, biomagnetite orientation, biophoton emission) **through attention**. This modulation does not stay local; it propagates into the Primordos as a coherent waveform perturbation. The Primordos, as the substrate of all field-energy, redistributes that perturbation — measurably in local ambient EM, hypothetically in transpersonal/near-field coupling. These are not metaphorical — they are measurable bioelectric and biochemical events. Lipton's framework (pulse 58) treats this as the primary cell-level regulation: the membrane is the brain of the cell, and the membrane's state is set by signal, not by nuclear DNA.
