# AGENTS.md — tinbot-transport

## What this is
Draft #1 of the **Tinbot Transport canon** — a single SOP folded out of the overlapping concepts across:
- the published Tinbot proposal (`Projects/tinbot-logistics/tinbot-proposal.md`)
- the GPT-5.5 Architectural Review seed
- the Ghojualamanchu-style fractal seeds (`gholing-tinbot-0`, `tinbot-core-1`, plus the calmer operational seed)

## What "draft #1" means
The canon is intentionally narrow. Anything that smuggles in surveillance, a custom backend, multi-region claims, or cross-project architecture assertions is parked or dropped. The operational goal is a single executable SOP for a 90-day Corinth/Walton pilot.

## Conventions
- Numbers (§1, §2…) are stable across drafts. Add by appending new sections, don't renumber.
- "Working numbers" = crude, not the formal ask.
- "Parked" = captured for year two, deliberately absent from the pilot.
- The calmer SOP-style seed is treated as the operational layer; cognitive / gholing framings are reduced to §14 year-two suggestions.
