# AGENTS.md — tinbot-logistics

Working draft for the TLIP Discord jam on an "open source Amazon" / "Little Free Library meets UberEats" riff for the Tinbot Exchange.

## Files
- `tinbot-proposal.md` — the 10-section riff mapped 1:1 to the Discord post. §10 is the formal Void/admin ask; §9 is the pilot pick.

## Conventions
- Numbers in this folder mirror the riff's 10-bullet shape so it's easy to cross-reference.
- Hard rules (in §6 and §8) are intentionally written in plain language — they belong on partner-facing materials, not buried in a doc.
- Pilot geography recommendation: Corinth / Walton County, FL (existing schoolhouse host site, branch interest on TLIP's branches.html, mixed rural+small-town routes force real last-mile design).
- Working freight math in §4 is deliberately crude — it's a riff, not a formal ask. §10 is where the budget becomes real.

## Status
v0.1 — first pass. Edit freely. Bring it back into the Discord jam.
