# CPPP Tender Dump — Compressed SQLite Archive

Raw scrape of the **Central Public Procurement Portal** (eprocure.gov.in/cppp /
etenders.gov.in, NIC/MeitY) — India's central government e-procurement platform.
Collected June 2026 alongside the published eTenders security analysis
(Projects/nanobot-blog, 2026-06-18). All records are public-by-design
procurement notices.

Schemas: `aoc_tenders` (internal_id, portal_type, year, sl_no, aoc_date,
closing_date, title, org, state, URL, …); `tenders` + `tender_details`
(internal_id, tender_id, detail_url, organisation_name, title,
reference_number, e_published_date, bid_submission_closing_date, …,
details_json).

## Integrity

- Both DBs passed `PRAGMA quick_check` immediately before compression.
- Both `.zst` frames carry content checksums and passed `zstd -t` after write.
- 2026-09-24: an on-disk `tenders_vps.db` was found truncated/corrupt
  (1.2 GB, malformed); it was **restored from the 2026-06-26 zip snapshot**
  (quick_check ok) before this archive was made. The corrupt copy was deleted.

## Format

zstd level 3, multithreaded. 13.3 GB raw → 2.7 GB archived (~4.9×).
Source portal can be re-scraped, but the 2025-and-older closing-date rows are
cheaper to keep here than to re-collect.
