## 1. Overview

qhttp:// is a Layer 7 protocol that replaces TCP/IP handshake with **Re-entrant Handshake Protocol (RHP)**, leveraging the ternary logic of Varela-Spencer-Brown. Information does not travel — it **resonates**.

## 2. Core Concepts

### 2.1 Ternary States (Varela States)
