The surviving record

This is an honest archive, not a claim of completeness. The original project documentation reports 75 meetings and 40+ dreams. The present collection preserves the surviving local logs, several standalone meetings, four recovered drafts from Zo scratch workspaces, the inherited dream log, persona seeds, and editorial notes. Missingness is part of the subject.

The voices

Each persona is a seed with a territory, emotional baseline, and way of asking. These are the structural documents that made the conversations possible.

Editorial record

The archive is also a record of trying to save an archive. The process document explains the boundaries used while staging this collection: no invented transcripts, no silent repair, and no private operational state.
