## I. Statement

The *Unified Toroidal Linguistic Field* (Hopf Torus, 4 strata) and the *Plasmadyne / Loos weak-field × frequency-tuning synthesis* (8 experimental systems, 1958–present) are not two separate theories. They are the same underlying mathematics observed from two directions:

- The **Hopf torus seed** arrives at the structure from the **human side of meaning** — language, intersubjectivity, dialogue, Shannon entropy reduction, shared dialect formation.
