# Anthrocybernetics Core Workbook ## A field guide to coherence from local rhythm to cosmic weather ### How to use this book Read the chapters in order the first time. The sequence is deliberate: the Workbook begins with stellar function as a model of process and ends with the individual as a local star. The lessons move in the opposite direction, from immediate bodily and relational observations toward nested systems and cosmic weather. You do not need a technical background. You do need a willingness to separate what you observed from what you think it means. ## Scope statement **Chapters 1–16 are the canonical Core Workbook.** Modules 17–32 are applied, practice, or frontier material.
